Add comments when approving supplier registration request.

Summary:

For 'Reject' action when rejecting supplier registration request, approver is able to provide a comment or reason of rejection. However, when approving registration request, approver is no able to provide any comment. How can this function be done in the system?

The requirement from client is for approver to have the ability to leave comment (for internal reference) when approving supplier registration request.
