Manage Contingent Workers

Hi all - When a contingent worker is nearing their projected end date, we have a process where our support teams send an email alert to each manager.  This is a lot of manual work (especially if that date is pushed out to the future and the process starts all over again) that we are hoping to automate and are wondering how others are managing this?

EDIT: I did see this posting: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/ee6ef951c6.  We are currently on Rel12, moving to Rel13 in July.
