Email ID validation in Project Enterprise Resources screen

Summary:

In the below enterprise resource creation screen, we need a validation-only corporate email id to be entered and this page should not allow any personal email (for example- the email should end only with vgo.com)

Is this possible to add validation through expression builder? kindly advise how to use this and any alternate ways available
