Address Job Offer privilege doesn't work correctly

Summary:

Hello everyone,

Recruiters are unable to view candidates (in HR phase) in the Quick Action "Manage Job Offers".

I have provided them with the "Address Job Offer" privilege (ORA_PER_ADDRESS_JOB_OFFER_DUTY) and scheduled the Import User and Role Application Security Data process.

However, recruiters continue to see the blank page. The quick action is enabled correctly because with other users (administrators who have all privileges) I can see the candidates in the HR phase. The problem is on recruiters, because they only have certain roles and not all.

Is there some other privilege that needs to be provided?
