Multiple Assignments with Contracts and Labor Article Code in Czech Republic
We currently have deployed a global template in 9 countries using Tier 2 employment model and applied the necessary country's localizations where relevant. However our Czech colleagues have advised that we do not appear to be recording data correctly in HCM with regards to updated to Multiple Assignments when a contract ends as we need to capture the Labor Article code for each contract/assignment independently to be able to be passed to Payroll. At present our design triggers this custom field at the point that the work relationship ceases.
We also have a difference of understanding on 'hire' date vs. seniority date which is affecting legal requirements in CZ when covering TUPE situations- for this we believe can be overcome by amending our integration logic on the interface.
