Position Security Profile: Secure by Legal Employer?

Hello everyone,

We created a custom HR Specialist role and we would like to secure the position profiles by Legal Employer.

We tried to create a new Position Security Profile but we couldn't find the Legal Employer option.

Does anyone know if this is achievable or not?
