How to delete a Supplier Qualification Question?

Summary:

While I Am trying to delete a Supplier Qualification Question, the delete option (X on the top) is greyed out. I do have Supplier Qualification role and administrator role assigned to me.

I also tried the steps mentioned below, but the same aren't working as i am the creator and i have not used it with any requisition.

• In order to delete existing questions, they must be accessed by the user account that created them.
• The questions that are associated with a requisition cannot be deleted. They can only be made inactive so that they will not be available for new requisitions.
