Restrict Managers from Assigning certain Courses

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we need to restrict need manager (hierarchy manager) to assign certain specific course to his team by using Assign my learning to my team option.

For example we don't want Talent Profile course to be visible when manager tries to assign learning to his team

Any suggestion would be welcomed
