Duplicate rows in Fixed Assets Depreciation OTBI report

We've created a custom dashboard to view our Fixed Assets Depreciation, based on the 'Fixed Assets - Asset Depreciation Real Time' subject area.

We've found that some assets are generating additional rows and do not understand why. Could anyone help me troubleshoot the issue?

The forum unfortunately doesn't allow me to attach the .catalog file for the entire dashboard.

This is an Excel export of the dashboard which highlights the problematic rows:

We would expect only the row with beginning NBV 0 and Depreciation Expense 0 to be shown (as the asset is depreciated/retired already in a previous depreciation run).
