Need a report to pull all the Workschedule assignments on a department/person level

I need a report which will pull all the values listed in the "Work Schedule Assignment" page for all the Departments/Persons/Legal entity associated with it.

Please let me know if we can pull from Analysis or data model you have.

I need the following fields

Work Schedule Name

Dept/person/legal entity etc

From date

To date

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):
