Absence Entry Fast Formula

Trying to write Fast formula to throw error message when employee applies continues leave more than 3 days

Hi all,

Im stuck in a fast formula actually.. im trying to get whether the same leave is applied last two days continuesly before the start date.

Eg: if emp applies leave on 5/6/18, i need to check whether the emp has applied same leave on 3/6/18 and 4/6/18. Continuesly he cannot apply 3 days.. so i need to check thr duration also in this case.
