Sales Order does not create back to back supply if ATP mode is infinite availability based

Summary:

We have Items enabled for back to back supply. These are assigned ATP rule with promising mode infinite availability .When a SO is entered for these items the SO gets scheduled but does not generate the back to back to supply like WO. On the other hand if the ATP rule is say supply chain based then the SO progresses to creating WO supply.
