Our organisation is currently moving from EBS to Cloud, and one of the concerns raised by our HR community is about the management of approval notifications. In one of our regions for example we have around 10 HR administrators dealing with approximately 1200 transactions per month. At the moment this is managed via a shared team mailbox from which work is assigned. Going forward we are moving to using AoRs and the 'Claim' approach. This means however that notifications are directly sent to administrator's inboxes rather than the shared mailbox making it difficult for team leads to get an overall
