Approval rule for BU Human Resources Representative Initiate Promotions, Transfers

Hi Experts ,

We have a requirement where the initiator of the action of promotions, transfers is the BU Human Resource Representative . If initiator is BU Human resource representative , then flow should be auto approved .

We don't have any specific role pertaining to BU Human Resource Representative. He is assigned BU Human Resource representative through AOR.

For example if Curtis Feitty (below in the screenshot) initiative transfer for Robert Fuller , how should we set up approval rule using the BU Human resource representative criteria as initiator ?
