Summary:

We have requirement to validate the Current Order Revision's Bill To Account and Bill To Address details with previous revision's corresponding Bill To details and throw an error if user updates the Bill to Details using an Extension.

Content (required):

Basically we want to compare the Bill To account / Bill to address of header and line of the current version and compare it with the same attribute values with the immediate previous version of the OM order.

Please let me know if there any reference document or PVO details to derive the Bill to Account and Bill To Address of the immediate previous revision of an Order.
