Reporting on Performance Documents of Workers post Global Transfer

edited Sep 21, 2023 2:37PM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 2 comments

During the Global Transfer of Workers, their existing performance documents can be assigned to the latest assignment. In such cases, the cloud application displays the performance documents of the workers against their latest assignment. However, in OTBI subject areas related to Performance Management, the documents continue displaying against the assignment which was active prior to the global transfer.

This behavior in OTBI is based on the anchoring date wrt the performance subject areas. Performance Document End Date is the attribute based on which the worker's assignment details are rendered. For example: 1-Jan-2022 and 31-Dec-2022 are the start and end dates of the Performance Document named PD-2022. If the worker has been assigned this performance document then in OTBI, the assignment details will be pulled up as of the date 31-Dec-2022.

Howdy, Stranger!
