Bypass Approval by Role

Summary:

I would like to bypass approvals for specific tasks for users that have a specific role. Specifically, my manager and I are the only two with a custom HR Approver role. I would like to set up a rule for Manage Employment to state that if either of us submit, bypass. Anyone else would have to be approved by either of us. I've tried a few different scenarios:

What works:

-Rule to select from attribute, Requestor's Assignment: Job == HCM Analyst (my job title), and then self auto approve. This scenario works. I am able to submit, and approval flow goes through to completion with no issues. Second rule created to say Job != HCM Analyst, and all other submissions need approval.

Howdy, Stranger!
