Management reports printed in PDF from within the browser is blurry

Summary:

If I print a PDF report from within the browser it ends up being blurry on paper.

But if I download the PDF report and then print it from e.g. PDF Reader then it is sharp.

Is there any print settings that I can change to avoid those blurry reports?
