How to use components from jet Cookbook to oracle VBCS

I tried to consume Oracle JET provided cookbook example (Basic Table) code into Oracle VBCS. Refer These images(VBCS1,VBCS2).

But in VBCS JS page i get error showing that dataprovider is not defined. 
How to consume oracle JET cookbook code into VBCS?
I have also tried below link which worked fine in classic Application version of VBCS but it doesn't work fine in Visual Application version of 
VBCS.

It shows errors like below image. Refer These images(VBCS3,VBCS4)

How to overcome this errors. Is there any libraries need to be added in VBCS to overcome this errors?
