Removing ability to enter user ID/ password

Summary:

One of our customers want remove the option for users to enter the User ID/Password or select the Forgot Password link. They are planning to use Okta single sign on. Can you please provide guidance whether we can remove the password reset, or the User Credentials/Password entry in whole
