Want to add Expected Effort and Person Number to learning alerts

Summary:

To make our alerts more usable, I've been requested to add expected effort and person number. I do not see these fields in any documentation so I'm not certain if this is possible. Can you share with me how to add the fields if they are available? And how can I know what fields I could add?
