Visibility on Courses

Summary:

Hi Experts ,

Our client has a requirement regarding the visibility of course.

The course must be visible to manager when viewing from Employee Self Service but should not be visible for the manager to assign the course to his team from manager self service.

Is it possible to achieve this in Oracle Learning Cloud ?
