How does Create Cost Adjustment REST API works?

Dear Experts,

I am trying to use Create Cost Adjustment REST API to adjust thousands of transaction IDs using visual builder in excel sheet.

It has two tabs, one for creating adjustment header and other tab is for adjustment cost detail based on adjustment header id one at a time.

My question is for both. Please see below.

When I am trying to create adjustment header i get error-"Applying List binding LOV_ValuationUnit with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type:AdjustmentHeader, key oracle.jbo.Key[1022 ] (25071)". I am adding all values correctly but still not able to adjustment header successfully.
