I am testing Contract fulfillment in one of our test regions, but I am not getting the email notifications.

Content (required):

I am testing Contract fulfillment in one of our test regions, but I am not getting the email notifications. I confirmed in the BPM worklist that the Notification Mode is set to All; and I have received approval notification emails. The issue only seems to be with the fulfillment notification emails. Is there a process or job I need to run with the test region to receive these emails? Thanks.
