Transaction history not showing in transaction console or Notification
Summary:
When we submit "request new position", there is an approval to the 2nd Line Manager, HR BP and Controlling. So far everyone gets the approval in their inbox. But the content of approval history is missing for all of them.
The transaction history is also not available in the transaction console.

This issue is new. The same transaction worked fine before the last release and we were able to see the transaction history.
We did no changes in the BPM Worklist or anywhere else that could explain this issue.
