Questionnaire Reponse in UI

Summary:

Hi Team,

Is there any way/ page where we can see the questionnaire responses in UI as Learning Specialist. For eg, lets say we have enabled Enrollment questionnaire and the employees are filling up the same while enrolling in a course/ offering. Where can we see the responses of employees in Learning Admin page/ front end?
