Dynamic recipient email to be picked from OTBI analysis columns

Summary:

We prepared an OTBI report where tasks to be started on the current date, task owner, task owner email, and project manager email is displayed.

We need to schedule this report to send output to the Task owner email and project manager email. This is dynamic and varies based on the task and project. Please advise how to configure dynamic Recipient emails.
