Other Requisition Title Not Working as Expected

I am looking to enable requisition title for internal career site that will be different from the external career site job req title. I enabled the Other Requisition Title field using design studio. I entered in a title for Other Requisition Title that is different compared to the Requisition Title, but when I check on the internal career site from Opportunity Marketplace, I am still seeing the Requisition Title.
How does this other req title field work? How can I enable the internal career site job req title?
