Request A New Position - List of availiable BUs and Departments not narrowed down

Summary:

We are currently trying to narrow down the list of availiable BUs and departments when someone is requesting a new position based on the department the user is currently in. Therefore, we created an organzational and position security profile. However, something is wrong with our setup, as the list currently contans every BU in the system.
