Is it possible to create same tax rates once and link them to different BUs?

Kindly note the following:

I am wondering if we can create tax rates and link them directly to several Business units.

Example 1: Same tax rates "Tax on sales" (5%, 10%, 15%) for the countries X, Y, and Z, so rather than creating the rates for each country (BUs). Is it possible to create them once and linked them directly to the 3 BUs?

Example 2: When creating an invoice and adding a tax at the line level. In the drop-down list, the rates are the same for different BUs. So when configuring the tax I am aware that we need to create a tax regime for each country and then the tax and tax rates etc... Is it possible to create them once and linked them directly to the 3 BUs?
