Unable to see Creation date of Project Enterprise Resources in any subject areas

Summary:

We have below requirements:-

Report to be sent to resource pool manager when a resource with back dated date is entered (for ex: Resource is created with date 01-March as on today. so project enterprise resource start date to be compared with creation date and when start date< creation date, it should send the report to resource pool manager.

In OTBI, we are unable to see Creation date of Project Enterprise Resources.

Please advise how to get creation date.
