Does anyone offer flexible bank holidays in the UK?
Summary:
An idea has been raised within our business to offer employees the ability to use part of their bank holiday entitlement more flexibly i.e. they don't have to take holiday relating to Christian festivals and could choose to take Eid or Diwali off instead. I am currently trying to think about how we cater for this within Oracle HCM and interested to hear from any companies who have a similar policy

We currently have front loaded absence plans in the UK and don't include BH entitlements for people as we assume everyone will take the traditional UK holidays off
