Accepted Offers while Recruiting Job Offer Letters DOR was disabled

Summary: We are in a situation where the "Recruiting Job Offer Letters" DOR was inactive now not able to find the accepted job offer pdfs. Need to have an option to find those pdf's and get loaded to the DOR


Content (required): We were able to find the PDF's of accepted offers in UCM by searching with title "JobOfferLetter_ACCEPTED". The issue we currently have is that how to link each document with specific requisition or candidate. We couldn't find this information in any table where there is a record which links the UCM content with the requisition. Found many notes mentioning the details are available in FND_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS but didn't find any record for these - Assuming it was not recorded in this table since the DOR was not active. Any ideas?
