Purpose of OCI Local User DefaultLocalUser

Summary:

In the seeded userlist in OCI, there is a Local user "DefaultLocalUser" which is Active, and member of Administrator Group.

This is a Non Domain Joined IAM (with separate IDCS consoles) Tenancy. The user is not an IDCS user, but a true local OCI user.

Content (required):

My Cloud Guard is picking up on this user reccomending several actions to secure this user.

I'd like to know what is the purpose of this user, and could / should I disable the user.
