How can we populate value in information element at runtime

HI All,

We have requirement to fetch accrual value of vacation and sick absence plans to payroll. We have created an information element and we created FF which will return Accrual and we called that formula in defaulting formula place in element eligibility. When we create element entry for an employee then as on that effective date accrual details fetching by defaulting formula and stored as input value. But this will be one time only. I need to populate information element value (accrual rate) with in the pay period dates which we are running payroll.

example: When we are running payroll form 9/15/2022 to 9/30/2022 that specific period accrual needs to fetch by information element.
