Need Sample Report for Learner Interaction with SCORM Content

Summary:

We need to report on interactions of Learners taking tests (pre and post) within our SCORM packagees. This would include their score, number of attempts, time spent etc. I have a document attached that says this sample exists but we can not locate it anywhere.

Would also like some direction on if there are any learning sample reports out there. Have spent a long time in the HCM Report Sharing Site and it seems like no one reports on learning?
