Duplicate Locations in the Primary Location field

edited Apr 1, 2023 12:30AM in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace 2 comments

Summary:

As many of you already know, since the US has multiple cities with the same name within a state, we have duplicate locations show up in the Primary location field

Content (required):

As per Oracle's recommendation, we configured the Geography Hierarchy with State and City being the 2 levels we need; now, since the US has multiple cities with the same name (within a state), when a Recruiter tries to create a Job Requisition (as it shows in the following image), the system shows multiple duplicates.

And as we know, as far as the US goes, since it is only the Counties that can help create a differentiation between each such duplicate name, I'm looking to check if we can have the County name also show up in this list.

Howdy, Stranger!
