Facing an issue with assigning groups to Application profile

Summary:

We are facing an issue with assigning groups to Application profile. For eg. If we set a group “Test User” to a role “User” in Application profile “Default” then we switched to other App profile “PROD” and we switch it back to Default again already setup User group to a role is removed.
