How to change the display name of the Mail that is triggered manually from learning assignment?

Summary:

Learn Admin while using the send alert option under Learning assignment gets an email but the display name of the email is [email protected]

But client needs to change the name.

Though in the BIP section we change the Email "From:" Display Name to emPOWER - HRMS.

Kindly suggest is it feasible to do so.
