Reversed Receipts Report displays nil, entered amount and 0 accounted amount

Summary:

The Reversed Receipts Report shows blank values for all transactions under the "receipt entered amount" column and 0 under the "receipt accounted amount" column.

When opening specific transactions we can see that the transaction has an entered and accounted amounts.

What is causing the discrepancy between the report and system transactions?
