Error ORA-56720 thrown at Review Production Transaction History when querying a month

Summary:

There's a customer need of querying production transaction records for large periods, e.g. a month. However, when we try to do so, system throws error ORA-56720: I/O data limit exceeded - call aborted. It seems a common error in the system, because, most of the results of this consult at MOS point this as a bug. Is that so?
