Absence approval flow Escalation

Hi Expert

We are looking to configure absence approval flow of employee Absence request setup Escalating from L1 manager to L2 manager and then escalating to absence specialist, we have checked in the application but we couldn’t find anything related to this setup config, please let us know what are the option/methods that are available to configure the same. 

This is with reference to DEV 7 instance
