Hi Team,

We have some doubts regarding Cancellation of Subscription:

When we are cancelling Subscription at a future date or end of Contract term we see that the Asset changes to terminated status right after we complete the Cancel Order and not on the selected future date or end of contract term. Is this the expected behavior? or the Asset should remain active until the specified future date or contract term.

Agent cancels subscription for a customer - at a future date, Early *Termination Fee* is applied. The subscription status shows active. At the specified future date subscription should be cancelled. For this scenario how do we apply the termination fee? In the cancellation window we do not have any option to choose termination fee for future date.
