Need to display employee's dependents in context based DFF while capturing a specific leave

Have a requirement to bring all the dependents of the employee, when the employee applies a specific type of leave. 

Enabled the Context-based DFF in the Absence Recording Page (ANC_PER_ABS_ENTRIES_DFF) and have a requirement to bring the list of all dependents in List of Values for that employee. Created a value set with PERSON_ID bind parameter. But unable to use the bind parameters as PERSON_ID bind parameter is not supported in this particular DFF

Is there any alternative option available to bring/display the dependents, while recording the absences.
