We have been using the Integration Agent with EBS numerous times successfully, but running into a very puzzling problem.

Our usual process is to connect directly to the database using Oracle SQL Developer to develop the SQL Statement, then copy it into the Integration Agent when we are happy with it.

However, the integration agent is only extracting numeric and date fields, and will export an empty field in place of text.

We have simplified down our query to demonstrate the issue:
