There are events which couldn't be processed because no data could be found in transaction objects

Summary:

We have 2 transactions that are not visible when they are queried through transaction console or project cost. I am unable to see the details due to the below error, nor can we fix it or delete it.

The error I am receiving is below:

There are events which couldn't be processed because no data could be found in transaction objects.

Cause: Some events couldn't be processed because no data exists in the transaction objects.

Action: Enable the Diagnostics Enabled profile option, create accounting again, and submit the Accounting Event Diagnostic Report to identify the problem.

Any assistance on how to run the able Diagnostics for Projects would be helpful or if there's a way to resolve this issue.
