Internal Job Filter - Opportunity Marketplace

Summary: We are testing OM in our dev zone and we noticed that when testing the Internal Job Filter we have approx 12k+jobs that meet the criteria and about 200+ that do not on a site that should in theory be all internal jobs. Can we get more details on exactly what criteria is used in OM to determine what is considered an "Internal Job" vs. what is not for filtering purposes.
