Updating the timezones for all users in bulk in EPM Narrative Reporting

In Narrative reporting, users have not set their timezones, resulting in default date settings when running reports. This can cause inconsistencies in the displayed headings and may lead to confusion. Is there an efficient way to update the timezones for all users in bulk?

It would be beneficial to have a method to bulk upload user preferences for timezones in Narrative reporting. This could streamline the process and allow administrators to efficiently update timezones for all users at once, ensuring consistent and accurate reporting across the board. At this stage we would want to set all users to one timezone.
