Custom Bank Statement import vai XML and XSL

HI, All. 

We have a requirement to load custom bank statements and are following the Oracle provided (Solution for Loading Custom Format Bank Statements via XML and XSL) document, but we are unsure how to develop the mentioned R11_CE_CUSTOM custom template.

Here, in one of the threads in customer connect, someone provided that template, and we used it, but we got the transaction code error, and we worked with Oracle about it, but they said there was an issue with the template, and they don't support any customization.
