List of all ESS jobs and the privileges associated with it

Is there a report/query which we can use to get a list of all the ESS jobs, and the privileges/duties/Aggregate Privileges that will grant access to running these jobs.

It becomes difficult at times to grant users access to some of these jobs via a custom role. On the BIP side, now we can find the Reports and the associated _OBI duty with it, that makes it easier to grant access to running that report. For the OTBI side, we have the list of Transaction Analysis Duties, which tie back to the subject area of the report, and we can still grant access to report via these Transactional Analysis Duty. But for the ESS Jobs there is no direct mapping. It will help immensely if first, we get a
